If you are looking for gluten free travel guides, then you have come to the right place! As an avid coeliac traveller, I have now written gluten free guides for more than 60 destinations across the globe. I decided it was about time I wrote a round up bringing links to every single one of my guides together in one place.
Since I first set off on a round-the-world trip 16 years ago, travel has been one of my passions. Many of us love exploring the world around us and we are lucky to be alive at a time when previously inaccessible parts of the globe are a mere flight away. Having been diagnosed as coeliac 21 years ago, being a gluten free traveler is a well-established part of my life.
Yes, of course being coeliac and needing to stick to a strict gluten free diet is the tricky part. Of course, it requires more effort and planning BUT nowhere is out of reach for the intrepid coeliac traveler! Do not let gluten free hold you back – I certainly never have. Gluten free travel is completely doable. It just takes a little extra planning. Luckily for you, I have done the leg work and my guides will at least give you a head start when planning you next gluten free travel adventure or holiday.
Below you will find coeliac friendly gluten free travel guides for more than 60 destinations! Can’t find what you are looking for? Email me at [email protected], as I might just have some suggestions for you.
