Here’s the first fully vegetarian week of my 7-day gluten free meal plan, and week 5 of the overall plan! If you are new to the meal plan, scroll down and you’ll find a little explanation about how it works. The other weeks in the series are a mix of veggie and meat/fish meals, but at least five each week have a vegetarian option at least.
The weeks can be followed in any order, but sometimes excess ingredients are used in the following week’s plan so you can find the previous weekly editions linked at the bottom of the page.
The major disclaimer I always state is that I am not a dietitian or nutritionist. This is a simple evening meal plan featuring the recipes we eat regularly for our dinner as a family. My favourite home cooked meals, shared with you :).
