Welcome to My Gluten Free Guide! On www.mygfguide.com you will find everything you need to know about being gluten free and living successfully as a coeliac.

My name is Laura Strange and I was diagnosed with coeliac disease over 25 years ago (read about my coeliac disease diagnosis to learn more). Living gluten free for so long means I’ve gotten pretty good at making delicious gluten free food at home and I have lots of recipes and tips to share with you. In fact, gluten free recipe development is my full time job now!

I published my cookbook Eat & Enjoy Gluten Free in 2024 (filled with my best recipes yet!) and I also share hundreds of free recipes and meal plans right here on my website, to ensure they are accessible for everyone. You will often find me demonstrating gluten free cookery at food shows and festivals across the UK.

In addition to recipes, I have written more than 60 coeliac travel guides for destinations across the world and you can find them all here. I love to travel and am a real gluten free research geek and always do a lot of pre trip planning. It made sense that I share my research with everyone, to make your holidays and trips less stressful.
