My name is Laura Strange and I was diagnosed with coeliac disease almost 25 years ago. Living gluten free for so long means I’ve gotten pretty good at home cooking and have lots of tips and tricks to share.
I often demonstrate gluten free cooking at shows and now write gluten free recipes and travel guides as my full time job.
