Welcome to week 3 of my 7-day gluten free meal plan! If you are new to this gluten free meal plan, you will find it contains seven dinner recipes for you to try at home, plus a handy little shopping list to make it easy when you are out buying ingredients. The weeks can be followed in any order, but sometimes excess ingredients are used in the following week’s plan so you can find week 1 and week 2 here if you prefer to stick to the order.
Once again, the major disclaimer I should state is that I am not a dietitian or nutritional expert. This is simply an evening meal plan featuring the recipes we eat regularly for our dinner as a family. I am a home cook sharing some of my favourite meals. I hope that these plans can help you to discover some new dishes to add more variety to your regular cooking routine.
7-Day Gluten Free Meal Plan
As I mentioned, each week I share a meal plan, featuring seven gluten free recipes for you to make at home. Once you download the plan the underlined text in the meal plan indicates a recipe link. Anything not underlined is generally a serving suggestion for you to adapt as you wish (e.g. “with one green veggie” could translate into a side of peas or broccoli, whatever you prefer!). Five of the recipes are either vegetarian or have a vegetarian option/alternative detailed below the recipe title. Note that if you are veggie you will need to alter the shopping list slightly, although that should be easy to do.
When you download the PDF week 3 meal plan below you’ll find all the active links PLUS a detailed shopping list telling you exactly what to buy for the week’s recipes. I’ve also created a little store cupboard section, showing you the extras you will need to use.
