Wow! What a wonderful reaction to week 1 of my gluten free meal plan. I was so delighted to receive all the lovely feedback from those of you that used it so I have decided to continue creating these weekly plans for you all.
If you are new to this gluten free meal plan, you will find it contains seven dinner recipes for you to try at home, plus a handy little shopping list to make it easy when you are out buying ingredients.
Once again, the major disclaimer I should state is that I am not a dietitian or any sort of food expert. This is a basic evening meal plan featuring the recipes we eat regularly for our dinner as a family. I am a home cook sharing some of my favourite meals , rather than any sort of nutrional expert.
7-Day Gluten Free Meal Plan
Each week I share a meal plan, featuring seven gluten free recipes for you to make at home. The underlined text in the meal plan indicates a recipe link and anything not underlined is generally a serving suggestion for you to adapt as you wish (e.g. “with one green veggie” could translate into a side of peas or broccoli, whatever you prefer!). Five of the recipes are either veggie or have a veggie option detailed below the recipe title.
When you download the PDF week 2 meal plan below you’ll find all the active links PLUS a detailed shopping list telling you exactly what to buy for the week’s recipes. I’ve also created a little store cupboard section, showing you the extras you will need to use.
