Sweet Tooth Dad – Blueberry Pancakes
Go on, stack those pancakes high and drizzle ’em with syrup for a proper gluten free Father’s Day feast. Maybe even add a scoop of ice cream to the top if he has been an extra good dad this year!
Savoury Dad – Baked Eggs in Bread Baskets
If your dad is more of a savoury food fan, scoop out the centre from some gluten free rolls and fill with eggs, beans and even bacon bits for an amazing start to the day.
Hipster Dad – Shakshuka
Is your dad a bit of a hipster (or…does he wish he was!)? Then it has to be shakshuka for that gluten free Father’s Day brunch. You can make the tomato sauce the day before then bake the eggs up fairly quickly in the morning if you want to save yourself Sunday morning effort.
Healthy Dad – Banana Pancakes
The guilt free breakfast option for your gym-loving dad, but with no compromise on flavour. The protein-packed banana pancakes are gluten free and have no added sugar so dad can eat as many as he likes without worrying about his love handles.
Foodie Dad – Halloumi & Sweet Potato Fritters
Make a stack of these amazing gluten free fritters, top with a poached egg and voila! You’ll be in dad’s good books for the rest of the week.
