I am very happy to be working with FREEE by Doves Farm to spread the word about their revamped range of gluten free cereals, especially as it meant I got to give them all a try. While a couple of years ago I always used to skip breakfast (an extra 5 minutes in bed seemed like the better option), since being pregnant with my daughter that first meal of the day has become essential. After trying the full range of FREEE by Doves Farm gluten free cereals I certainly have some new go to options to kick off my day.

The entire range is gluten free and organic and made at FREEE by Doves Farm’s dedicated gluten free facility at their family-owned farm in Wiltshire. Everything they make goes through a rigurous testing regime to comply with coeliac standards. So you don’t need to fret about any rogue gluten making its way into your breakfast.

The added bonus is that the FREEE by Doves Farm cereals are also suitable for a whole range of other free from diets. All their gluten free cereals are also milk free (following some recipe reformulation last year), suitable for vegetarians and kosher. Plus there are high-fibre, low-fat and low-sugar options within the range.

Below you will find insights into the products available in the FREEE by Doves Farm cereal range, as well as prices and major retailer information. You can also find their cereals in independent health food stores and farm shops across the UK. Of course you can buy online too at www.freee-foods.co.uk.

Who doesn’t love a classic. Gluten free cornflakes that are perfect both for breakfast and for making traditional chocolate nest cakes just in time for Easter!

The FREEE by Doves Farm variety are lovely. Really crunchy and with a wonderful flavour and not too sweet. They are 98% maize, making them naturally low fat, and it’s great to find cornflakes without loads of stealth added sugar.

Organic Fibre Flakes 375g

These Fibre Flakes have such a satisfying crunchy texture and are made with brown rice and maize. They are also low in fat and high in fibre. Top with banana for a very strong start to the day.

Organic Chocolate Stars 300g

RRP £2.75 available at Sainsbury’s

For the kids and the big kids amongst us (me included) are these Chocolate Stars. They are reeeeally moreish! The stars last a good few minutes in the milk before they start going soggy so these would be ideal for kids who are slow eaters. The perfect gluten free treat breakfast.

Wouldn’t these also look and taste great on top of a delicious gluten free cheesecake or cupcakes!
